For birthday parties, access to the trails is always 2 and a half hours. You will also have a reserved area with a table and benches where you can set up the refreshments and cake that you bring yourself. On opening days there are two slots: one in the morning at 10:00 am and one in the afternoon at 2:00 pm.
Equipment is provided by the Park — we will fit all participants ourselves, and before heading out on the trails, attendance at the briefing is mandatory, for both the children and the accompanying adults, at a set time. As always, for your safety we reserve the right to assess physical ability to take on the trails.
Bear in mind that all participants under 14 must be accompanied at a ratio of one adult for every two children. On the less demanding trails (from yellow to green), it is possible to monitor the children from the ground at a ratio of one adult for every four children.
What are the costs?
On opening days, access to all trails is priced according to the rates you can find on the dedicated page.
You can choose to limit access to the easier trails (yellow, orange and green), thereby reducing both the number of accompanying adults required and the overall cost, as we will apply the 7–8 years rate to all participants going on the trails.
Additional costs
Party area
The cost of the party area is €35.00 and also includes access for all guests who do not wish to go on the trails. Please keep in mind that we are in a woodland setting, so don’t expect any great luxuries: it is simply a dedicated party space with a table and two benches.
Dedicated opening
If you would like to hold your party on a day when the Park is not open, we can check whether we are able to arrange a dedicated opening, which will have the same features as described above but with a minimum cost of €350.00.
What if weather conditions prevent the Park from opening?
The choice is yours: if availability allows, we can reschedule to another day.

Why such a detailed form
We know, we ask a lot of you — and with birthday parties you often don’t know until the last minute who will be coming…
At the Park, however, both trail access and pricing vary with age, so having an indicative idea of the number of guests, the number of people who will be going on the trails and their ages allows us to put together a proposal that best suits your needs.
Based on the information you provide in the form, we will process the booking. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible of any changes — whether more or fewer guests — as this will allow us to organise our activities as smoothly as possible.
