REGULATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is mandatory to read carefully this regulation before entering the adventure park<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving from one tree to another at several meters above the ground – completely independently and under you own responsibility- is enjoyable and fun, but it can also be dangerous and therefore requires each user to comply with a number of mandatory rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT FOR THE PARK AND SAFETY REGULATIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. The user must be in good psychophysical shape, must not have heart problems, not having ingested altering-behaviour substances in the past 48 hours (alcohol, drugs, medicines, etc.) and not suffer from dizziness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The user must carefully follow the instructions and explanations provided during the mandatory introductory course (\u2018briefing\u2019), which provides information on the conditions of use of the acrobatic courses and the techniques to be followed during the courses, including through initial experimentation on the test course. At the sole discretion of the staff in charge, users who are not assessed as suitable after the trial course will be reimbursed by the organisation as they will not be allowed access to the Adventure Park courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The user must respect scrupulously the safety rules described during the briefing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. It is mandatory to remain always attached to the safety cable. When moving from one game to another, it is mandatory to keep at least one of the two safety devices always attached. Users found with safety devices not properly attached will be immediately removed from the facilities without any right to a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The user must scrupulously use the PPE (personal protective equipment) that will be provided together with the park entrance ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Sportswear is recommended. Users must ensure that their hair or any accessories worn do not pose a danger to themselves or others by becoming entangled (scarves, hoods, earrings, belts, bags with straps, etc.). It is therefore necessary to store any valuables such as glasses, jewellery, coins and keys in a safe place to avoid loss or damage during the course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Closed-toe footwear is mandatory, preferably sports shoes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. It is forbidden to bring pets into the park.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire \u2018TRIESTE ADVENTURE PARK\u2019 area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. It is forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages into or consume them throughout the entire \u2018TRIESTE ADVENTURE PARK\u2019 area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Access to the courses is only permitted during the park’s opening hours and is reserved exclusively for customers in possession of a valid admission ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. The admission ticket includes:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. use of PPE (harness complete with ropes, carabiners and pulley, helmet);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. An introductory course during which users will learn how to use the facilities and personal equipment safely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Civil liability insurance cover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Staff supervision and intervention in case of need.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. The use of PPE (personal protective equipment) for a maximum duration of 2 \u00bd hours. Any delays in the delivery of equipment will be charged according to the price list;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. PPE will be given to participants upon presentation of a valid ID document at the cash desk, which will be returned upon return of the PPE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  19. It is strictly forbidden to leave the park area with safety equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  20. Access to the courses must follow a progressive order of difficulty. To access the more challenging paths, you must have completed the easier ones without difficulty. Participants who have reached their limit during a course are not allowed to start harder paths. If necessary, do not hesitate to ask for advice or request the assistance of the staff in charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  21. Only 1 (one) person at a time may access each game, while a maximum of 3 (three) people may access the platforms at the same time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  22. For safety reasons, access to the facilities is permitted to individuals weighing less than 130 kg (one hundred and thirty kilograms).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  23. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who follows them from the ground or, where deemed appropriate, in the trees. Adults are required to supervise children and ensure that safety rules are followed. One adult may accompany a maximum of two children under the age of 14 in the trees. Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied, supervised and assisted at all times by an adult. Adults accompanying minors are responsible for them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  24. Children under the age of 18 must have permission from their parents or a responsible adult to participate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  25. It is FORBIDDEN to deliberately shake or swing the equipment or to behave in any way that could endanger oneself and\/or others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  26. It is FORBIDDEN to throw stones and\/or objects, paper or any other rubbish on the ground.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  27. All users and visitors to the \u2018TRIESTE ADVENTURE PARK\u2019 are only allowed to move around the area by following the traced paths. Access to other areas is strictly forbidden, especially if they are marked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  28. It is strictly forbidden to stop or walk close to the games or platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  29. Groups and schoolchildren\/students are the responsibility of their accompanying persons\/organisers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  30. Trieste Adventure Park reserves the right to suspend and remove from the games, without any refund, users who in any way endanger their own safety and that of others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  31. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the management of \u2018TRIESTE ADVENTURE PARK\u2019 reserves the right to close the facilities and related courses, issuing a complimentary voucher to each customer who has been inside for less than an hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  32. The courses are closed 45 minutes before closing time to allow users to finish the course they have started in peace and safety.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Failure by the user to comply with any of the above safety rules, through acts or omissions, due to inexperience and\/or carelessness, exempts Gravit\u00e0 Zero S.C.S.D. a r.l., owner of Trieste Adventure Park, from any liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    THE COURSES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. The White Course: accessible to participants aged 4 and above – children must be constantly supervised on the ground by an adult responsible for them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The Yellow Course: accessible to participants aged 6 and above with a minimum height of 1.20 m with arms raised – children must be constantly supervised on the ground and\/or in the trees by an adult responsible for them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The Orange Course: accessible to participants aged 6 and over with a minimum height of 1.20 m with arms raised – children must be constantly supervised on the ground and\/or in the trees by an adult responsible for them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The Green Course: accessible to participants aged 7 and over with a minimum height of 1.30 m with arms raised – children must be constantly supervised on the ground and\/or in the trees by an adult responsible for them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. The Purple Course: accessible to participants aged 9 and over with a minimum arm length of 1.40 m – children (under 14) must be accompanied in the trees by an adult who will be responsible for them – 1 adult for every 2 children.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The Blue Course: accessible to participants aged 9 and over with a minimum height of 1.40 m with arms raised – children (under 14) must be accompanied in the trees by an adult who will be responsible for them – 1 adult for every 2 children.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. The Red Course: accessible to participants aged 11 and over with a minimum height of 1.60 m with arms raised – children (under 14) must be accompanied in the trees by an adult who will be responsible for them – 1 adult for every 2 children.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. The ZIP LINE: is accessible to participants aged 9 years and over and with a minimum height of 1.40 m with arms raised – children (under 14 years of age) must be accompanied in the trees by an adult who will be responsible for them – 1 adult for every 2 children.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Please do not hesitate to ask the staff at Trieste Adventure Park for advice, to report any difficulties or to request the assistance of park staff at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      POLICY ON THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS A USER OF TRIESTE ADVENTURE PARK<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      GENERAL DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      How we process your personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This notice explains how Gravit\u00e0 Zero manages your personal data, in compliance with European Regulation 679\/2016 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196\/2003 and subsequent amendments).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What is meant by the collection and processing of your data?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      – Personal data is any information that identifies you directly or indirectly: for example, your name, address, telephone number, email address, tax code and similar details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      – Special categories of data are data that reveal information such as ethnic origin, political or religious opinions, membership of trade unions or associations, information about your health or your sex life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      – Processing refers to any operation carried out on your data: collecting, storing, using, consulting, extracting, transferring, deleting it, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Who is the Data Controller?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        The Data Controller, that is, the entity that decides how to use your data, is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • What data do we process about you?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          GZ may process various types of data relating to you. This includes, for example, your personal details, such as your first name, surname, address, date and place of birth; your contact details, such as your telephone number and email address; images of you, such as photos or videos; and your bank details and income information, where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Why do we process your data, on what legal basis and for how long?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            We process your personal data in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, always safeguarding your privacy and your rights. We may sometimes also rely on external companies (appointed as Data Processors) to carry out certain activities relating to your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            In line with the principle of data retention limitation set out in the Regulation (Article 5, GDPR), GZ retains your personal data only for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; we also undertake to apply the principle of data minimisation<\/strong>, meaning we collect and use only the data strictly necessary to achieve these objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3.1 Management of bookings and access to TRIESTE ADVENTURE PARK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Gravit\u00e0 Zero uses your personal data to manage all aspects of your booking or ticket purchase. This includes both initial activities (such as entering the data required to complete the ticket purchase) and subsequent activities (such as administrative management, insurance, or compliance with safety regulations).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If necessary, we may also process special categories of data (for example, for insurance cover in the event of an accident).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The legal basis for this processing is the need to take pre-contractual steps or the contract<\/strong> itself (Article 6(b)) and the obligation to comply with the law<\/strong> (Article 6(c)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Providing your data is essential: without it, we cannot properly manage your access to TRIESTE ADVENTURE PARK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If you have provided us with data for a booking, we will retain it for as long as necessary to manage that process, and in any case for no longer than 12 months<\/strong> if it does not result in a visit to TRIESTE ADVENTURE PARK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If your data is required to perform a contract, or to fulfil tax or accounting obligations, or for legal protection, we will retain it for up to 10 years<\/strong> from the termination of the relationship. In the event of a dispute, we will retain it for as long as necessary to manage the legal proceedings, including the time limits for any appeals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3.2 Sending information regarding the opening of TRIESTE ADVENTURE PARK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            We will use your contact details (telephone number and email address) to inform you promptly should the Park be unable to open on the day of your booking due to reasons such as weather conditions that prevent it from opening safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            We do this based on our legitimate interest<\/strong>, as provided for in Article 6(f) of EU Regulation 2016\/679, considering the relationship you have with us and your reasonable expectation of receiving these communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Your contact details will be retained only for the time strictly necessary for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You do, however, have the right to object at any time: simply let us know by following the instructions set out in point 8 of this policy. From that point onwards, we will no longer use your data for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            3.3 Use of photos and videos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Gravit\u00e0 Zero is committed to always respecting your dignity, reputation and decorum. For this reason, if we take photos or make videos in which you appear, we will use them exclusively for communication activities, advertising campaigns, editorial projects or publications (both in print and online), including our official social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            In such cases, we may only do so if you give us your consent<\/strong>, freely and in full knowledge of the facts. You may change your mind and withdraw your consent at any time by following the instructions set out in point 8 of this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You are not obliged to give us this consent: choosing not to do so will not result in any negative consequences for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Photos, videos and other audiovisual content featuring you will be retained for up to 36 months<\/strong>, unless you withdraw your consent before this period expires or, in any event, no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Who we share your data with (and why)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              In relation to the purposes we have already mentioned, GZ may share your personal data with third parties where necessary to properly carry out activities related to your relationship with us, or to comply with legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              These parties will process your data in their capacity as Data Processors<\/strong> (Article 28 of the GDPR). If you wish to see the full list, you may request it directly from GZ\u2019s head office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Here are the parties with whom we may share your data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • External professionals and consultants<\/strong> (such as solicitors, accountants, consultancy firms) to manage legal obligations, protect our rights, or support actions such as debt recovery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Suppliers of goods and services<\/strong>, including outsourced providers, to carry out activities related to our relationship (e.g. technical support, maintenance, shipping, management of networks and digital services).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Banks, post offices, payment institutions or insurance companies<\/strong>, to process payments, refunds or handle any claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Tax authorities, public bodies and judicial authorities<\/strong>, where required by law or to enforce our rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Official social media platforms <\/strong>(Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) but only if you have given us your consent to use images and videos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Trade associations <\/strong>of which GZ is a member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                • Transfer of your data outside the European Union<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  In some cases, for technical or operational reasons related to the purposes described in this policy, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  This may occur, for example, when we use digital services and cloud platforms<\/strong> (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Microsoft OneDrive) that are based or have infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the providers of these services may process or store your data in third countries<\/strong>, where privacy legislation may differ from that in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  When a transfer to a non-EU country takes place, GZ always ensures that adequate safeguards<\/strong> are in place to protect your personal data, as required by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR<\/strong>). In particular, we use tools such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • the Standard Contractual Clauses<\/strong> (SCCs) approved by the European Commission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • the use of adequacy decisions<\/strong> for countries deemed safe by the EU Commission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • adherence, where applicable, to the Data Privacy Framework<\/strong> for transfers to the United States;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    All of this ensures that your data is processed securely, in accordance with your rights and fundamental freedoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • How we process and protect your data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      Your personal data is processed in both paper and digital formats, using secure and appropriate tools to ensure its integrity, confidentiality and availability, as required by the GDPR (Article 32(1)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Information concerning you is processed solely for the purposes set out in this policy and only by authorised personnel<\/strong>, such as employees or contractors of GZ, who have been trained and instructed <\/strong>by the Data Controller (in accordance with Article 29 of the GDPR). Your data will not be disclosed publicly<\/strong>, unless required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        You have full control over your personal data. You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15\u201321 of the GDPR at any time by contacting Gravit\u00e0 Zero. In particular, you may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        • request its rectification<\/strong>, supplementation <\/strong>or erasure<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

                            Currently, GZ has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            This policy may be subject to change in the event of regulatory updates or if the purposes of the processing change.
